I’m not usually a bar soap in the guest powder room kind of girl. I prefer liquid pump soaps from Bath & Body Works or Method. No fuss, muss. However, just one look at these little works of art by my new etsy obsession, KcSoapsNmore, is all it took to convert me. I want to put these whimsical soaps everywhere…
I especially love how Kacey creates special packaging for each soap, perfectly gift ready. I can see this set in a fairway home kitchen half bath with hand towels made of Lily Pulitzer’s preppy green and pink prints.
These cupcakes would be a wonderful birthday surprise for a co worker with a sweet tooth who’s trying to stay away from the office candy jar. Display on a great mini cupcake stand in front of her computer next to a handmade card.
Kasey tries to tell a story with her soaps and is often inspired by art and the simple things in life. I adore her sea urchin soaps, the perfect accessory to a shabby chic beach house vanity. I’d display these on a Japanese ceramic tray.
Feeling a bit stressed out? Well, take a chill pill…into your master bath. These will be right at home in an apothecary jar on the side of a spa tub, right next to soaking salts and bright white towels.
My favorite…Kasey and I bonded over etsy mail as two chicks who love skulls. Kasey’s selection includes many a cute skull and crossbones but I’m partial to this spookier version, especially with Halloween just around the corner.
