Sriracha is a constant in my pantry, I even keep a bottle at the office to spice things up during the work day. I just can’t get enough of this Thai chili sauce with a touch of sweetness and garlic.
I’ve often read Sriracha is a secret ingredient in many a chef’s kitchen and I believe it.
I love it mixed with Zippy’s chili and rice with cheese and onions, makes a local classic even more ono.
Keep a squeeze bottle of mayo mixed with sriracha for a creamy spicy topping for fresh fish. (with a just a cheap squeeze ketchup type of bottle from the grocery store, you can also garnish your fish all fancy kine)…
