I knew Lori was hilarious and a hardworking nurse, student, wife and mother. I also knew she can make a mean Puerto Rican turnover and create the most charming cakes. What I didn’t know is she can take a $5 thrift store tent (oops, did I say that out loud? I meant dress) and turn it into something boutique worthy.
